Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the sales and promotion of the company's products;
2. Develop the sales plan for the region based on the company's established regional sales targets, break down the targets, and organize implementation;
4. Develop customers in the regional market and complete the distribution network layout;
4. Develop new customers, maintain old customers, expand business channels, and regularly visit new and old customers in the urban area.
5. Responsible for formulating regional product promotion activity plans every month and summarizing and analyzing each activity afterward;
Job Requirements:
1. High school education or above, aged 22-40; able to endure hardship, hardworking, passionate about the sales industry, with good communication and expression skills, as well as organizational and planning abilities;
2. More than six months of experience in the fast-moving consumer goods industry, with experience in the beverage industry preferred; veterans are preferred;
3. No experience is acceptable; the company can provide training;

Job Responsibilities
1. Able to independently manage the product operation work of the department, including but not limited to collecting and organizing product requirements, liaising with product managers, following up on requirements, and tracking product performance after launch;
2. Able to establish an effective data tracking mechanism based on operational goals and the current state of the product, promote optimization of operational plans according to business development requirements, and be responsible for the implementation of online product promotion activities to achieve KPI targets;
3. Continuously follow up on product effectiveness, analyze user behavior and needs, understand competitor trends, and conduct competitive analysis;
4. Based on the current operational situation, productize existing processes and optimize business efficiency.
Job Requirements
1. Good analytical skills and logical thinking, a sense of responsibility, strong ability to work under pressure, and the ability to complete projects independently;
2. Insightful, with independent analytical skills, strong learning and innovation abilities, and good language expression skills;
3. Passionate about product operations and enthusiastic about innovation and solving challenging problems;
4. Ability to create PRD and prototypes, with banking work experience or familiarity with installment e-commerce, community e-commerce, and online earning industries preferred;
5. Strong resilience, execution ability, and learning capability.
